I am unsure if this Raymond Powers is actually Harry Raymond Powers, son of Louis Powers and Sarah Jenkins. Harry Raymond Powers did live in Big Valley, Lassen County, California during the 1880 census. He was born about 1870 in California.

If anyone has the obituary of Harry Raymond Powers that might be helpful. He died 3 October 1949, in Shasta County, California. Or, if you have a signature on another document of Harry Raymond Powers that too could be helpful.
